| Open Access: More Easily Comply with Pending Funding Requirements |
 Wellcome Trust recently announced
that - effective April 1, 2013 - whenever an Open Access fee is paid with Wellcome Trust funds, the article must be made available through the Creative Commons Attribution license (CC-BY). This means publishers must make articles that are funded by Wellcome Trust
freely available to copy, share or otherwise use, including
commercially. According to Wellcome Trust: "Failure to comply with the policy could result in final grant payments being withheld and non-compliant publications being discounted when applying for further funding." |

| At the Frankfurt Book Fair last month, CCC launched its new content delivery solutions
